When the change is bigger than one decision.
For women in cybersecurity and adjacent fields at a professional turning point.
The Sprint is a three-session facilitated process for a professional change that cannot be resolved by one bounded decision. We agree the outcome before session 1, work only on the parts needed to reach it, and close the core Sprint when the result is usable enough to act or test.
You leave knowing what has been resolved, what you can act or test next, and what still remains open — instead of carrying a broader professional change as a collection of competing possibilities.
The Sprint Intake Form that you fill out ahead of the Sprint defines the outcome, what is already decided, what remains open, the evidence available and what would make the three-session core sufficient.
Take the Professional Transition Readiness Check to confirm whether the Strategic Reinvention Sprint is the right fit.
The Readiness Check helps identify the right starting point. It gives orientation, not a free diagnosis or strategy.
Contract the working question, establish the evidence base and identify what must change or be tested.
Test credible directions or working hypotheses against evidence, constraints and reality.
Translate the chosen direction into a usable next move and decide whether the core outcome is complete, needs a defined extension or sits outside scope.
The exact work inside those sessions is selected because it serves the agreed outcome. The Sprint is not a fixed workbook sequence, and a 30-day plan is used only when that format actually serves the work.
I facilitate the process: I hold the structure, questions, pace and boundaries; you work with your own evidence and make the decision.
Work between sessions
Between-session work is focused and practical: it must feed the next session, decision or evidence test.
You do the work with real material; I do not complete it for you. There is no fixed public workload promise because the task depends on the contracted outcome.
You are no longer holding a collection of competing possibilities without a working direction.
The outcome agreed at the start is resolved far enough for you to act or test it.
You have the evidence or working outputs needed for that move, plus a bounded next action, test or evidence-gathering step.
Anything still unresolved is named clearly rather than silently stretching the Sprint.
Three sessions are the core engagement.
If a clearly defined in-scope outcome remains and completing it would materially change your ability to act or test, an extension can be separately scoped.
The remaining outcome, number of sessions and fee are agreed before additional work begins.

The Sprint does not include therapy, legal, medical or financial advice, CV writing, job-search execution, campaign management, a full personal-brand build or a guaranteed employment, promotion, market or business outcome.
Start with the Readiness Check. If the situation is actually one bounded decision, Strategic Clarity may fit better; if you first need an evidence-grounded read of what is happening, the Scan may fit better. I confirm fit before the Sprint is contracted.
