Strategic Clarity is a 90-minute facilitated decision session for a professional question that is already defined enough to test. The work is not to discover your entire next chapter. It is to make one decision responsibly.

You leave knowing which path is yours and able to say why — instead of holding several equally sensible options and moving on none of them.

What happens in the session

We define the decision, separate facts from assumptions and set the criteria that matter. Then we test the real options against evidence, trade-offs, consequences, access and timing. By the end, you either choose the path that best fits the evidence or identify the exact missing evidence that responsibly prevents a choice.

I facilitate the process: I hold the structure, questions, pace and boundaries; you work with your own evidence and make the decision.

You leave with

A decision you own — and the reason for it. If the evidence is sufficient, the decision is explicit and the next move is defined. If it is not, the uncertainty is no longer vague: you know what evidence is missing, what you need to gather and when the decision can be revisited.

What can happen next

What happens next depends on what the session resolves. You may leave ready to act on the decision, with one specific evidence gap to close before deciding, or with a broader change that is better suited to the Sprint. No follow-on engagement is automatic.

When this is not the right format

If you are still trying to understand what happened and cannot yet define the decision, the Scan may fit better. If the work is broader than one decision and needs a multi-session process, the Sprint may fit better. Legal, medical, financial, HR or therapeutic issues require the appropriate specialist support.
